  • Who do I call after business hours or weekends?

If you have an Emergency situation, dial 911.  This is the fastest way to get emergency medical assistance on the way to assist you!  An emergency is defined as an immediate life-threatening condition that without medical attention could result in loss of life, limb, vision, disability, or death.

If you have an urgent need for medical attention after our office hours, please call our main clinic number, 743-8200.  This number is answered 24 hours a day with one of our doctors on call to assist you.

  • How do I get my prescription filled?

Please call your pharmacy first before making a trip to see if your medication is ready.  Your doctor should give you a prescription to cover the length of time until he/she wants to see you again.  Should you need a prescription refilled before your next visit, please call your pharmacist.  He/she will then contact our office for the physician’s approval.  Please understand that some refills will not be authorized until you have been seen by your physician.

Refills of prescriptions can take at least 48 hours to process, so allow plenty of time for us to refill your medication(s) before you run out.  Please note that controlled prescriptions will not be refilled after hours or on weekends and will require an office visit.
